Dermec medicated soap has glycerin and lanoline to moisturize the skin and keep it soft and supple. It has a high 76% of total fatty matter and is made from vegetable oils. Dermec soap has a near neutral pH and a pleasant Green Apple fragrance.
Germicidal reduces bacterial count.
Chlorhexidine gluconate is an antiseptic. It is effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative microbes. It is a bacteriostatic. Chlorhexidine Gluconate promotes clearance of acne because it is effective against staphylococcus (Staphylococcus aureus) epididermis and propinobacterium, the main causative organism for Acne.

Centella affects various stages of tissue development, including keratinization (the process of replacing skin after sores or ulcers). Asiaticosides stimulate the formation of lipids and proteins necessary for healthy skin. Centella has been found to have significant results in healing of skin, other connective tissues, lymph tissue, blood vessels (decreasing capillary fragility), and mucous membranes. Centella contains Vitamins A & E and is also high in magnesium.

Orange peel is active against keratinophilic micro organism, it provides flavinoids and hesperidine. Orange peel protects and maintains good skin tone. The skin of the oranges contains a good number of polyphenols that protect against several diseases.
Medical grade lanolin is used as a cream to soothe skin (Moisturiser), as it is hypoallergenic and bacteriostatic. This grade of lanolin can also be used to treat chapped lips, diaper rash, dry skin, itchy skin, rough feet, minor cuts, minor burns and skin abrasions.
Glycerol or Glycerine is used in medical and pharmaceutical and personal care preparations, mainly as a means of improving smoothness, providing lubrication and as a humectant.
Total Fatty Matter (TFM) is a measure for grading the bathing soaps. The soaps would be graded on the basis of the fatty matter present in them. The maximum TFM soap has is 80%

Prickly heat is a skin rash caused by sweat trapped in the skin. Normally, sweat travels to the surface of the skin through tiny ducts. If the ducts become narrowed or clogged, the sweat is trapped in the skin. This can cause redness, itching, and small blisters.
